Soul Forge Rituals didn’t start as a business plan. It started as a pattern we couldn’t ignore: people were trying to “think” their way out of nervous system overwhelm. We were too.
We met through breathwork training and quickly realized we were both building the same thing from different angles. Louis brings steadiness, structure, and grounded leadership, the kind that creates safety without needing a spotlight.
Jenn brings intuition, presence, and the spark that helps people feel again, especially when they’ve gone numb from carrying too much for too long.
Over time, our practices became less about chasing peak experiences and more about building capacity: the ability to stay present, make clearer choices, and live inside your life without bracing against it.
That’s the heart of Soul Forge Rituals: regulation first, then transformation.
Because without steadiness, even the best insights evaporate by Tuesday.
For Jenn, healing became non-negotiable after a car accident in 2023 that led to a brain injury, complex migraines, and nervous system disruption.
Layered on top of years of strain and injury from an “unconscious outdoors lifestyle,” overuse patterns, and the invisible weight many people carry without naming.
When the body finally said “enough,” the answer wasn’t more willpower. It was learning how to work with the nervous system, one breath and one honest practice at a time.
For Louis, the body also kept the receipts. Years of tension, stress, and the impact of military life created a kind of armored resilience that works until it doesn’t. His path led him into breathwork, embodiment, shadow integration, and facilitation grounded in harm reduction and integrity. He understands what it means to lead while carrying weight you don’t have words for, and he’s devoted to helping people become safe enough inside themselves to stop running.


Louis is the Forge: steady, direct, and grounded. His facilitation style is calm and clear, with a focus on building capacity rather than chasing catharsis.
He creates containers where people can breathe, feel, and integrate, without being pushed past their nervous system’s limits.
His background in leadership and lived experience gives him a rare ability to hold complexity without making it complicated. He’s especially skilled at working with stress physiology, emotional load, and the ways “strength” can become a habit of disconnection.
Louis is the author of Warrior Within: Befriending Your Shadow, a practical guide to meeting the parts of yourself you were trained to suppress, outwork, or out-rank, and learning to lead from wholeness instead of armor.

Jenn is an intuitive, grounded, and precise about what’s real in the body. She helps people rebuild trust with themselves through embodiment practices, sensory reconnection, and simple rituals that fit inside real schedules and real nervous systems.
Her work is especially supportive for people who feel numb, overwhelmed, chronically tense, or “stuck in their head.” Jenn is known for bringing reverence without theatrics, and for making spirituality feel accessible, practical, and alive.
Jenn is currently writing a book (coming soon) about her not-so-graceful spiritual awakening — the kind that unfolds through missteps, nature mishaps, and lessons you don’t understand until years later.
